We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. Below, you will find details regarding our shipping and delivery policies:

Shipping Locations

  • We currently only ship domestically within the UK.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on the total value of your order. Please refer to the table below for details on shipping service options, estimated delivery times, and associated costs.

  • Complimentary standard shipping on orders over £39 or above

  • Customers are kindly reminded that shipping to remote areas may require additional time. Please note that the estimated delivery time is not final and refers only to the time frame after the items have been dispatched. 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to track your shipment’s progress.

Insurance

  • All items are shipped with standard insurance coverage. If you require additional insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • *Please be aware that reports made to us more than 14 calendar days after the tracking information is provided may not be eligible for an investigation with the courier.

Damaged Goods

  • Below conditions are required in claiming a full refund or replacement for damaged good(s):

    • You open the claim with us by submitting a ticket within 48 hours of receipt*, plus providing us with the order number, item name and all photos of the package, including inner and outer box, courier bag, and product photos.

    • Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from the courier or any other relevant parties

    • *The receiving date is the date that parcel status shown as ‘delivered’. After 48 hours of receipt, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.

    • For orders shipped without insurance, courier companies only cover physical loss or damage to items during transit, subject to the maximum liability outlined in their terms and conditions. This liability ends once the goods are successfully delivered to the designated destination. Hada-Ki cannot be held responsible for such liabilities or any disputes related to the delivery of goods. However, we are committed to supporting you and will do our best to assist should you need to contact the courier to resolve any issues.
